Sometimes change isn’t gradual, but rather a snap decision to permanently leave yesterday’s version of you.

Yesterday you might’ve said, ‘I am afraid.’

Whereas today, with full conviction, you will say ‘I used to be afraid.’

Sometimes change isn’t that easy.
