Failure is normal and necessary

Failure generally doesn’t feel good in the moment.

After all, we never start anything with the intention to fail.

Yet even when we do everything right, things sometimes go wrong.

In situations like these it’s important to understand this difference: to fail is not to be a failure, or to have failed as a human.

Everyone fails.

Failure is normal; failure is necessary — it is the mechanism through we become wiser and better equipped to handle ourselves in the world.

Failure doesn’t have to be a Big Scary Thing.

It’s a part of life — it’s something we can learn to accept and learn from.
