1 idea, 60 seconds, daily to spur action towards doing our best work, creating a thriving culture, and living meaningfully

It’s possible

It’s possible to acknowledge other people’s opinions without being beholden to them.

It’s possible to go on vacation, never check your e-mail, and have your job and projects intact when you return.

It’s possible to have productive discussions about points of disagreement.

It’s possible to be compassionate towards everyone (yes, everyone).

It’s possible to walk away from the work, companies, and peers that no longer merit having space in your life (yes, just like that).

When it comes to how we see and engage the world, the boundary between what is and is not possible is something you can usually successfully draw.

You just have to realize that the only person’s permission you need is yours, and to give yourself that permission.
