Just another Tuesday
In my first job, I would always panic when there was any sort of confusion or friction (often going hand in hand) amongst the team, or among peers.
How did we get here? What problems has this created?
Over the years, these same challenges have begun to feel like just another Tuesday.
It is not that… these problems have become less important or easier to solve.
The difference is that I’ve learned to accept with open arms that they’re inevitable. The more I accept this, the less I find myself needing to feel shocked or upset when they happen, and the more at ease and clear I feel as I go about each day.
Life is messy. Work is messy.
It’s hard to imagine any kind of existence worthwhile that doesn’t have its fair share of complex problems to solve.
