start with one thing
One of the simplest and most effective tactics that will reliably bring you closer to meeting a goal is to address this question every day:
What is the one thing I could do today that would prove to myself (and perhaps others) that I am making good progress?
And then resolving to, at a minimum, do that one thing no matter what comes up.
This is a foundational framework that you can implement right now at no cost.
Pick one thing.
Schedule a time to do that one thing.
Do the one thing.
None of the other sophisticated systems out there that promise to help you accomplish more are worth anything if you haven’t mastered this simple, three-step motion first.
