The problem is the practice

The author and teacher Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo has this beautiful quote:

“The thing is to recognize not to think ‘I have this problem, therefore I cannot practice’ but ‘I have this problem, that is my practice’”

You can see a roadblock as a barrier impeding growth and progress and react accordingly.

Alternatively, you could just as well see roadbocks and your efforts to deal with them as an integral part of growth and progress and react accordingly.

All problems are also opportunities to test our abilities to respond to them.
