Every challenge you take on is based on some conviction that you’re capable of overcoming it.

The words “I can do this” not only give you permission to start, but in many cases it also serves as a vital source of endurance and grit to help you get through the trenches.

The second you start walking back your conviction with words like might, maybe, or maybe not this foundation begins to rapidly cripple.

For these reasons, it’s imperative that you not settle for anything short of wholeheartedly believing that you (and your team) are fully capable of tackling what’s in front of you.

It can’t be I might, it has to be I can.
